So the guys from a fresh channel called Strange Parts , who already made a viral video about “Making an iPhone 6s from parts” in China, this time wanted to bring back the headphone jack to the iPhone 7. From his words, he spent hundreds of dollars on such a mod but the most difficult part was to make it actually work on this iPhone model. He had to even engineer a custom board twice, and order it from a local manufacturer. Most importantly, he used a genuine headphone jack from Apple adaptor which makes this mode almost native. Anyways, it was fun to watch such a creative project, very inspiring and courageous, what I can’t say about Apple. Enjoy!
