Visit Apps4iphone in your Safari Browser:
Click on “Download App”
Click on “Install on your device”
Launch the App from your HomeScreen
Select the Second tab from the bottom menu
Go into “Jailbreak Apps” Apps Category
Select “iFile” from the list of Apps
After it opens a link in a browser, wait 5 seconds and click on “Skip this Ad”
Select the “Install” option from the popup
After Installation:
Go into Settings – General – Profiles (& Device Management) – Select Profile – Click on “Trust”

And that’s it, now you have the iFile app officially installed on your non jailbroken device. Enjoy!
P.S some of the features unfortunately will not be available due to the System Protection. Apps4iphone doesn’t include any advertising in the apps you download, just on the web application.
